May 15 at Harper 2nd YAC 2017-2018 Strategic Planning Meeting

Meeting minutes: No meeting took place
The meeting did not take place because there was confusion with the reminder text sent.  Members read only the first part of the text.
Mrs. Clay brought breakfast.  Aaron was the only member who came for a few minutes.  Saadia, Ahmed, Safra and Mariam asked about the meeting.  

1. Call to Order-Attendance

2. Old Business: 

a. Senior Sendoff Final Details  Safra and Mariam said that would come during the double.  Sharon the S-L Intern helped finish decorating the senior thank you's.  Aaron and Claire are making pictures for the picture frames we hope to deliver during the Walk-A-Thon weather provided.  Mrs. Clay bought treats for Walk-A-Thon Walkers and candy for YLOKCasady seniors Jack, Pierce, and Johnny.  Youth LEAD OKC had thank you containers from last year's senior send off.  
Seniors in the list to be thanked for their contributions to YAC.  


4 seniors still have not provided documentation to finish the requirement, therefore, the senior send off could not take place today when documentation was expected to arrive.

a. Review of Calendar 2016-2017-Suggestion of days and times for drives for main calendar and Coach T.

1. Suggest the best time, day for YAC meeting 2017-2018 during school year.  Take the suggestion for Coach T's approval.  She manages the official clubs calendar.
